Sharon has been with CFO since its incorporation over ten years ago. She oversees the operations of the group’s three specialist clinics at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, Parkway East Medical Centre and Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre. She finds the work at CFO exciting and challenging as the group is constantly expanding with new centres, doctors and services.
Prior to joining CFO, Sharon was managing the Cancer Centre at the National University Hospital (NUH), Singapore. Before joining NUH, she was the key administrator who helped establish the Cancer Therapeutics Research Group (CTRG), an Asia-Pacific cancer research group which performs clinical trials on new anti-cancer drugs in Asia-Pacific and is now recognised as the leading group for evaluating new therapeutic strategies in the Asia-Pacific region. Then, she frequently travelled the world with the CTRG team together with Singapore’s EDB and NSTB officers to promote CTRG as a key platform for clinical trial studies.
Sharon has a Masters in Health Services Management from the University of New South Wales and a Business Degree from Queensland University of Technology. A devoted mother of a beautiful little girl, Sharon enjoys travelling, cooking and catching up with friends.
Lily joined CFO in 2010. She manages the operations of the three CFO centres. She is very experienced in the healthcare industry particularly in the areas of hospital billing and medical insurance.
She is proud to be a part of the CFO team as she values the opportunity to grow together with CFO.
Prior to joining CFO, she worked for seven years in the business office of a private Parkway hospital in Singapore where she was tasked to oversee the operations of the department.
Lily obtained her Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management from Trisakti University, Indonesia and completed a Marketing Advertising Program at University of California, Los Angeles. A mother of one daughter, Lily loves to travel with her family and enjoys doing yoga.
Linda was born in China and graduated in 1999 from the Fu Jian Min Bei Nursing School there. She moved to Singapore in 2005 and worked for seven years in the National Kidney Foundation and thereafter in Asia Renal Care. She joined CFO in 2012 and enjoys her work there.
Linda became a Singapore PR in 2013 and got married here in 2013. She enjoys living here with her husband and daughter.
Shamelaa was the very first employee of CFO when she joined in 2004. She recently received the first CFO long service award for 10 years of service.
Her work responsibilities are to provide customer service to the patients, and other administrative duties. Before joining CFO Shamelaa worked in Tan Tock Seng Hospital as a patient service associate in the orthopaedics department. Shamelaa enjoys working in CFO and is ever ready to provide holistic care to CFO patients.
Shamelaa is the proud mother of a very active boy and she enjoys spending time with him when she is not at work.
“Service with a smile” is Patricia’s personal goal. Having worked for 11 years in the healthcare industry, Patricia strives to treat every patient with great care and friendliness.
Patricia joined CFO in 2006 and is proud to be part of the CFO team. She values the opportunity to hone her guest service skills, as she constantly strives to go the extra mile for patients.
A happily married mother of two lovely sons, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include cooking, entertaining and singing.
Chen Hui graduated in the year 2012 from Wuyi University in China where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in fine arts. She came to Singapore and joined CFO in 2013.
Chen Hui has a pleasant personality and makes extra effort to provide friendly service to CFO patients.
Her personal hobbies are in design and in miniature modelling. She was also a part time model when she was in University. She hopes to further her education in Singapore and to get a master’s degree in administration.
