Dr. Ananda has spearheaded biomechanical projects studying effects of calcaneal length on subtalar pressures in normal gait and is continuing to develop this field to better help patients with foot and ankle pain.

Dr. Ananda is a cycling enthusiast and has been involved in various cycling fundraiser events for charities and in helping the elderly and needy patients in society.

He also believes that being an athlete himself allows him to understand the rigors of competition and the special considerations that athletes require in rehabilitation and the road to recovery and competition post-injury.
